Provide hands on end to end recruitment support to the team
Placing job advertisements
Interviewing
Reference checking
Onboarding administration Qualifications

Skills & Experience:

Minimum 3 years recruitment experience
Sound knowledge of the WA mining or Civil industry and compliance
Solid technical understanding of blue collar mining roles from trades to senior levels
Understanding of National Employment Standards and key components of the Fair Work Act 200
Possess passion and drive
Strong organisational and time management skills
Excellent communication skills to stakeholder level
Highly professional and appreciation for confidentiality
