By joining the team, not only will you be able to revolutionise the healthcare industry and make a lasting impact on people's lives by contributing to impactful work, but you will also get to enjoy the benefits of full time Remote working within Australia (and possibility to relocate overseas to Denmark if preferred).

Given this is the first marketing hire, your contribution matters and you'd be working closely with the C-suite team to build out and execute the GTM strategy

Stepping in with your power as a Marketing Manager, you will a play crucial role to drive growth and establish brand awareness across a multitude of channels, and work predominantly across PR, content marketing, SEO and display ads.

Your first 3 months will focus on lead generation and pre campaign launch for the release of a new product.

You will have an agency to support on areas that aren't your strong point, BUT ideally if you are more hands on and have worked in a tech Start up (series A/ seed round) as an all rounder marketer, that would be the preference

Coming with approximately 2-4 years of experience, you are someone who is interested in growing your career for a passionate product You are also results driven and have experience setting up a system for tracking marketing performance, including metrics such as CAC, channel performance, campaign performance, and funnel metrics Having a problem solving mentality, and ability to confidently A/B test channels, prioritise which ones deliver most ROI and feed this back to the team will set you up for long term success
