In this role, you will be connecting primarily with our Club Asia Members, delivering exceptional customer service, and build long-lasting relationships.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

Answer enquiries from our Members looking to maximise their membership benefits by using their points and answering general questions about their membership.

Use your exceptional people skills to
make calls to our Members to offer assistance and
encourage engagement

Work with our Members to
find creative solutions to meet their holiday objectives

Enjoy flexibility with a five-day rotating roster.
