About the role:

Your responsibilities will include:

Maintain and develop InfraBuild Reinforcing's market position by building on existing Tier 1 relationships and expanding market share
Ensure multitiered relationships are in place with key customers and industry bodies
Management and development of Account Managers
CRM maintenance and management within Victoria
Project identification, budget forecasting and business plans
Building and maintaining stakeholder relationships and stakeholder engagement
Bid Development and negotiation
Final sign off and project handover

About your experience:

You will be passionate and enthusiastic about the building industry and what InfraBuild has to offer in the market. Your previous experience and demonstrated success in sales will be highly advantageous to your success in this role.

To be successful in this role, you will have:

A strong and successful sales background within the building or construction industry
Strong commercial acumen
Sound IT skills and experience using a CRM
Experience with Sugar and JDE advantageous
Ability to read engineering drawings desirable
