TEN Recruitment are looking for a

Site Supervisor with fit out experience to join the growing team of one of our loyal and repeat clients who have been successful on winning a government fit out project based just north of the river. This role would initially be on a 5 month contract with a view to move to a permanent position with the company.

Your responsibilities may include:

Manage daytoday operations of each fit out project.
Liaise with subcontractors and be responsible for procurement, construction programs and finances.
High level of attention to detail and organisational skill will be necessary for this role.
Act as the "face of the company" to the client.
Report directly to the General Manager of construction regarding your projects performance in its different stages.
Manage dispute resolution between clients and subcontractors.
At least 2 years' experience in a Site Supervisor position.
Experience delivering fit out projects in WA would be advantageous.
A background in the trade industry.
A willingness to work your way up to a managerial role.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Compliant with all Health and Safety requirements.
Must have fitout experience
Valid first aid certificate
