  • The Clinical Manager will assume responsibility for the overall management of the site in the absence of the Service Manager.
  • Permanent full time position
  • Provide quality residentfocused and clinical care utilising a personcentred approach.
  • Reporting to the Service Manager you will effectively manage and lead a team of carers and nurses by demonstrating our core values.
  • Take an active role in getting to know and communicating with our residents and their families.
  • Manage residents' assessments, treatment, care plans and other documentation to the highest standard.

ABOUT YOU:


  • Registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse
  • Previous Clinical Management experience in an Aged Care environment and knowledge of relevant legislation
  • Experience in managing and leading people by building a positive team culture
  • High level of interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Demonstrated understanding of personcentred care and ability to work well in a team environment
