Job Description:


Your New Role
Join Leidos as Procurement Manager Supplier Relationships, Governance & Due Diligence (DD) within the Commercial & Procurement function.

This role will report directly to the Head of Procurement Operations Australia and form part of the Supplier Due Diligence Community of Practice.

It will be an integral member of the team supporting the enterprise in all areas of Procurement including Due Diligence.


This role is responsible for ensuring that Leidos Australia has an efficient, standard approach to supplier engagement and due diligence for all Direct & Indirect suppliers across all business lines.


You will lead the review & development of the Supplier Due Diligence Framework from current to future state including business as usual.


We're looking for a high performing self-motivated procurement professional with experience in maturing and elevating our Procurement & Commercial processes & procedures.


Opportunities to deliver impact in this role include:

  • Process improvement and reporting
  • Develop & Lead Supplier Due Diligence Framework focusing on areas such as, but not limited to; Supply Chain Security, Work Health & Safety, Antibribery and corruption, Modern Slavery, Quality including ISO certifications.
  • Collaborating with the wider Commercial & Procurement and Line of Business teams to inform on DD requirements, providing awareness sessions where appropriate.
  • As part of a team, facilitate Leidos' continuing compliance with procurement and supply chain integrity contractual obligations by building standardised processes.
  • Proactively meet with internal and external stakeholders, including regulatory and legislative bodies where Leidos is invited to do so, to participate in industry briefings and facilitate responses from Leidos on supply chain integrity.
  • Developing strategies to further enhance our due diligence approach.
  • Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) to monitor and manage reviews of supplier agreements to ensure performance.

Qualifications:


About You and What You'll Bring


You are a seasoned Procurement professional with at least 5 years' experience preferably in a procurement governance, supplier due diligence or SRM environment.

You are an engaging and collaborative leader who excels in collaboration team and achieving organisational outcomes.


You bring:

  • Strong knowledge of Procurement and Supplier Due Diligence
  • Demonstrated experience delivering procurement improvements
  • Experience in Supplier Relationship Management
  • Demonstrated experience in Strategic Sourcing, Category Management & Supplier Relationship Management;
  • Leadership presence and a strong business acumen.
  • Strong Collaboration and interpersonal skills
