With a true focus on providing the best customer service possible you will be supporting existing as well as new members with a high level of service.
To do this successfully you will:
- Handle inbound and tactical outbound enquires
- Provide advice and effective explanations of AIA Insurance products and AIA Vitality
- Ensure accurate amendments to membership details
- Deliver exceptional customer service outcomes
- Partner with a variety of internal and external stakeholders across AIA
- Proven experience working in call centre, customer service or member focused environment
- Previous insurance background desirable but not essential
- Demonstrated ability to work with complex systems desirable but not essential
- Keen attention to detail
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written & verbal
- Ability to problem solve and a solutions focused approach
