The Opportunity
Key Responsibilities
This role will enable you to evolve and continuously develop within a supportive team environment through a variety of tasks including:
- Executive Assistant duties for the HR Director
- Processing contractor timesheets
- Collating and distributing weekly and monthly reports
- Maintaining employee personnel files
- Preparing statement of service letters
- Maintaining organisational charts across the business
- Managing external contract inductions
- Reviewing administrative functions to ensure accuracy via internal/external audits as required
What We Like About You
To be successful we are looking for the following:
- Previous exposure to an EA role would be advantageous
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills
- Experience with JDE, Litmos, ETWeb and DocuWare highly desirable
- Highlevel experience in a fastpaced administrative role
- Experience in general administration, HR administration
- Sound knowledge of HR functions desirable
- Outcome driven, adaptable and autonomous
- Be able to see the big picture and while having an eye for detail
- Business / Administrative Certificate or Diploma qualifications, desired
