A fantastic opportunity is now available for an experienced Executive Assistant to join our team and provide high level executive support to the Deputy Chief Operating Officer (DCOO) - of Monash Women's and Children's and the Medical Program Director, Womens and Newborn Program.

_This role is based onsite at Monash Children's Hospital Clayton, working Monday to Friday (38 hours per week)._


A Day in the Life
Working closely with two busy Executives, you will provide executive support to them so that their days run smoother.

All the while, working collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders, and providing efficient and effective administrative and office management to the broader Women's and Children's teams.

Some of the key responsibilities will include; managing diaries, coordinating meetings, preparing agendas, taking minutes of meetings and attending to follow up items.

You'll also prepare executive level presentations and gather documentation for the Chief Executive briefings.

You'll work with a highly professional team in a supportive environment where you can make a real contribution to the efficient and smooth running of the Programs.


About You


You are an experienced EA or PA who demonstrates a flexible, can-do attitude and strong organisational, communication and time management skills.

Your proactive approach and ability to "think on your feet" when responding to changing demands will serve you well in a dynamic environment.

From time to time, you will also engage with patients in sensitive and confidential matters, so your ability to demonstrate empathy is imperative.

You're an exceptional team player who builds trust readily and you are also highly IT proficient. Previous experience in a large, complex organisation is preferred although a healthcare background is not essential.
