Core Functions

  • Demonstrate products and services to customers and assists them in selecting those best suited to their needs.
  • Maintain a highlevel knowledge of the company products products in order to assist customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming calls
  • Telephone sales
  • Prepare and follow up on all enquiries
  • Resolve customer problems and complaints in a fair, professional and efficient manner.
  • Identify advantages and compare organisation's products/services.
  • Adhoc duties as required

Qualifications/Skills

  • Demonstrated aptitude for problemsolving; ability to determine solutions for customers.
  • Must be resultsorientated and able to work both independently and within a team environment.
  • Must possess good verbal and written communication skills.

$65, $75,000.00 per year
