Core Functions
- Demonstrate products and services to customers and assists them in selecting those best suited to their needs.
- Maintain a highlevel knowledge of the company products products in order to assist customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls
- Telephone sales
- Prepare and follow up on all enquiries
- Resolve customer problems and complaints in a fair, professional and efficient manner.
- Identify advantages and compare organisation's products/services.
- Adhoc duties as required
Qualifications/Skills
- Demonstrated aptitude for problemsolving; ability to determine solutions for customers.
- Must be resultsorientated and able to work both independently and within a team environment.
- Must possess good verbal and written communication skills.
Salary:
$65, $75,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift

In person
