As the Finance Business Partner, you will report directly to the Senior Commercial Manager, playing a crucial role as a trusted business partner.

Financial analysis and insights will be a crucial aspect of your role.

You will deeply understand the strategy for the Business Unit, its operating model, key drivers of performance, and the levers available to management.

By designing and maintaining a driver-based model, you will effectively translate business initiatives and commercial performance into valuable financial outputs.

Furthermore, your ad-hoc analysis and reporting will contribute to their decision-support process.

As a seasoned business partner, you will project manage the budget and forecast process, leveraging your expertise to mentor and develop business partnering capabilities within the team.

You will take the lead in driving process improvement in finance partnering, analytics, and reporting. Your keen eye for financial implications will ensure the successful execution of existing and upcoming projects and initiatives.

Your ability to build strong partnerships, influence senior management, and manage Finance-related inquiries will be critical to the success of the business unit.

You will have the opportunity to manage multiple operational stakeholders and shape the business unit operating model. Your expertise will be essential in translating business initiatives and commercial performance into impactful financial outputs.
