On-going training will be provided.


Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

  • Build strong client relationships
  • Convert client enquiry/registrations to executed buy or sell trades
  • Own resolution of client issues
  • Work with the backoffice team to ensure highest compliance standards
  • Capture and nuture new customer leads
  • Work with the fulfilment team to ensure customer expectations are met and exceeded
  • Work with the technical team to improve customer experience with existing systems and business processes

Requirements for the position:


  • Degree qualified in Business or similar area
  • High level of personal organisation, drive & cando attitude
  • Disciplined attention to detail
  • High level data acumen
  • Strong systems understanding & capability
  • Advanced Excel & Data Analysis skills

Salary:
$60, $65,000.00 per year


Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift

Education:


  • Bachelor Degree (preferred)

Experience:


  • Inbound call centre: 3 years (required)
  • Customer service: 3 years (required)

Work Authorisation:

  • Australia (required)

Work Location:
In person
