Our client who are based in the northern suburbs of Perth are currently seeking a Project Administrator who has ideally been involved in either residential or commercial construction industries previously and confident in being someone who can wear many different hats within the business.


This role is not solely limited to administration, being a small office, you will also be required to assist in estimating and quoting of jobs aswell as liaising with site supervisor and sub-contractors on a daily basis.

A snapshot of the what's involved in this role and what you will need to bring to the table are:

  • Strong communication skills (both written and verbal) able to liaise with Site Supervisors and contractors
  • Fit into a casual but still corporate environment and be incredibly reliable and trustworthy (this is a jeans and polo shirt type of environment)
  • Experience / exposure in estimating and quoting jobs in the past
  • Strong administration skills
  • Confident in processing claims and variations, therefore some experience in reading plans and drawing would be ideal
  • Previous experience in the industry would be highly desirable
  • Computer literate, confident with MS Office (excel)


Hours are Mon-Fri, 8am-4pm and the salary on offer is $80,000 + super (depending on experience) For the right person, this role could lead into a Project Management position down the track.

This role can either start before or after the Christmas break but interviews will be held immediately.
