Overview
An exciting opportunity exists within BHFLHN to provide high level leadership and support in Compliance and Governance. The Compliance and Governance Officer reports to the Director, Strategy and Governance. The position is responsible for strengthening LHN governance processes, and leads integrated compliance across BHFLHN.

The Compliance and Governance Officer will work with Executive, Senior Management and the Governing Board to;

  • Establish and implement an Integrated Compliance Framework.
  • Ensure an effective compliance program including design, maintenance and ongoing improvement of compliance systems, processes and reporting.
  • Contribute to an effective corporate governance system.
  • Contribute to the development of partnerships.
