Currently seeking a Technical Support - Parts Specialist, who will be responsible for providing Spare parts assistance and support for the Grinding Product Lines in the Asia Pacific Market Area.

The Role:

The main responsibilities are but not limited to; solving daily problems regarding spare parts, like item identification, part substitution and or replacement, part identification, correct part interpretation, expediting coordination for quotations and orders, supporting project documentation management, and enriching documentation of spare parts categories.

Active communication with different stakeholders is a key part of this job. Both a proactive and reactive approach is needed to enable successful support for our customer.

To Succeed:

Essential

A mechanical engineering Degree / trade qualification from college or technical school with five years related experience in mechanical environment working on Grinding Equipment.

Basic computer literacy with various types of office-based software skills.
Must have current motor vehicle license and passport.
Must be able to travel both domestic and foreign.
Ability to work in and make a positive and professional contribution to a team environment.
Well-developed presentation skills, oral and written communication skills with good negotiation ability.

Ability to identify, understand and interpret customer needs and provide timely solutions utilising the available technical and market support resources.

Ability to build and nurture strong customer relationships, including at senior levels, and manage relationships with both customers and consultants to maximise business opportunities.

Ability to develop sound business strategies to achieve objectives and company goals.

Desirable

Experience with the Grinding Equipment Portfolio.
Desire to attain a solid grounding in Grinding Equipment and with the technologically advances as they released.
