Your role will be to build and execute maintenance of SAP Master Data and integrated maintenance plans and schedules for the process plant and associated infrastructure to ensure safe and efficient delivery of the maintenance strategies.


Key responsibilities include:


  • Build and communicate accurate shutdown schedules reflecting all work management activities.
  • Determine the critical path activities for the shutdown and sequences work accordingly
  • Validate schedule with execution prior to publication.
  • Manage the scheduling of work and include work into the fully resourced schedule prior to and during shut execution.
  • Engaging with the execution team to monitor and track progress of the schedule during Shutdown execution. This includes identifying deviations from the plan and the schedule and escalating when risks are introduced.
  • Request work management master data changes as required, based on equipment strategy reviews, failure analysis and identified quality errors.
  • Develop or update task lists for relevant reoccurring work to support effective planning and safe execution.
  • Scheduling of agreedplanned work in accordance with the 1SAP work management processes.

Qualification and Experience:


  • Demonstrated experience as a shutdown scheduler of fixed plant maintenance in mining operations.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Project.
  • SAP knowledge essential.
  • Fixed Plant technical knowledge is highly desirable.
  • Task oriented with a high attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skill, with ability to build effective working relationships.
