Join this trusted not-for-profit organisation that supports the Australian community every day. They offer a positive work environment and promote a flexible and hybrid work culture. They are looking for an experienced full-time customer service specialist to join their compliance team. This is a 12 month contract with the potential to extend.


The role:

  • Reporting to the compliance team, the successful canddiate will be responsible for:_
  • Liasing with clients and informing them of regulation and compliance requirements.
  • Handling queries and complaints.
  • Working with a ticketing system to manage contacts.
  • Assisting with audits and compliance administration.
  • Be immediately available, and have no immediately upcoming holidays.
  • Have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Have at least 3 years experience in a similar role.
  • Have some experience working within any area of compliance.
  • Have strong timemanagement skills.
  • Have experience with Salesforce (preferred but not required).
  • Be an Aus/NZ Citizen or Permanent Resident.
