They are looking for an experienced full-time customer service specialist to join their compliance team. This is a 12 month contract with the potential to extend.The role:
- Reporting to the compliance team, the successful canddiate will be responsible for:_
- Liasing with clients and informing them of regulation and compliance requirements.
- Handling queries and complaints.
- Working with a ticketing system to manage contacts.
- Assisting with audits and compliance administration.
- Be immediately available, and have no immediately upcoming holidays.
- Have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Have at least 3 years experience in a similar role.
- Have some experience working within any area of compliance.
- Have strong timemanagement skills.
- Have experience with Salesforce (preferred but not required).
- Be an Aus/NZ Citizen or Permanent Resident.
