Join this trusted not-for-profit organisation that supports the Australian community every day. They offer a positive work environment and promote a flexible and hybrid work culture. They are looking for an experienced full-time customer service specialist to join their compliance team. This is a 12 month contract with the potential to extend.

The role:

Reporting to the compliance team, the successful canddiate will be responsible for:_
Liasing with clients and informing them of regulation and compliance requirements.
Handling queries and complaints.
Working with a ticketing system to manage contacts.
Assisting with audits and compliance administration.
Be immediately available, and have no immediately upcoming holidays.
Have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Have at least 3 years experience in a similar role.
Have some experience working within any area of compliance.
Have strong timemanagement skills.
Have experience with Salesforce (preferred but not required).
Be an Aus/NZ Citizen or Permanent Resident.
