_ opportunity for a Community Manager/Coordinator to join this well-reputed, growing Community provider in the Brisbane Region_
We are currently recruiting for a Community Manager with a significant background in Aged Care to lead their own team in Brisbane

Your main focus will be to coordinate client services and care through case management, staff allocation and rostering, ensuring an appropriate mix of support services which are responsive to the individuals needs and consistent with the community Care Standards.

Requirements:

Significant experience within the Aged Care industry
Cert 3 in aged care and significant management experience
Understanding of the Aged Care Sector as well as Home Care Package and other programme guidelines and service requirements
The ability to build strong relationships and networks within the community
Current Australian Drivers Licence
HR and performance management experience
Compliance experience
Strong interpersonal + leadership skills
