About the role


This is a senior HR business partner role, partnering with senior stakeholders and key leaders responsible for improving how NSW plans for disasters and making sure communities across the state recover from them faster.

Creative and solutions focussed, you will have demonstrated experience in building trusted partnerships and enjoy working closely with your client portfolio to implement innovative HR initiatives to effectively support and manage our people.

Leading the business partner team, you will also have proven capability in developing and growing a team to build a talent pipeline.

You pride yourself on your collaborative and consultative approach to deliver results and you are outcomes and service delivery focussed.


This is an excellent business partner opportunity for a senior HR professional to join a dedicated and highly regarded team together with significant opportunity to be a key contributor in supporting the delivery of outcomes for the people of NSW.

About Us
The NSW Reconstruction Authority (the Authority) is a statutory corporation.

The Authority will improve how NSW plans for disasters and help communities to recover from them faster to reduce the severity and impacts of disasters, the Authority will complete critical planning and preparation with communities, businesses, and government.

When disaster does strike, we will get recovery started swiftly and coordinate reconstruction efforts across agencies, communities, and other stakeholders.
