    The Role
    Join a newly established team as a Local Store Marketing Coordinator, where your creativity and passion for marketing will shine You will play a key role in crafting and disseminating marketing materials that echo the essence of our client, ensuring their restaurants stand out and campaigns hit their mark

    • Lead the design, production, and distribution of marketing materials, including flyers, coupons, and advertisements, tailored to local store promotions.
    • Oversee both in-house and outsourced design efforts, ensuring a cohesive brand identity across all platforms.
    • Manage the marketing budget meticulously, aligning with the organisation's financial strategies and providing regular reports to the Customer Experience Manager.
    • Offer essential support and guidance to operations staff on marketing programs and campaigns, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
    • Spearhead the development, coordination, implementation, and evaluation of local store marketing campaigns, enhancing their brand's presence at career expos and promotional events.

    About You:
    We're searching for an enthusiastic and dynamic professional with a flair for marketing and a drive to innovate.

    • You have hands-on marketing experience or substantial internships, backed by relevant academic qualifications.
    • Highly organised, with proficiency in MS Office and Adobe Creative Suite, capable of juggling multiple marketing and administrative tasks seamlessly.
    • Excellent communication skills, able to engage effectively with various management levels and external partners.
    • Strong negotiation skills and a talent for achieving goals through creative and strategic campaign management.
    • Flexible and willing to travel, including intrastate trips and weekend work, embodying a passion for marketing and innovation.
    • Problem-solving skills and project management capabilities, adept at navigating a fast-paced environment.
    • Creative and interpersonal, with a knack for presentations, networking, and a basic understanding of website management. A valid driver's license is essential for regional travel/
