Working closely with a team of experts, the Quantitative Research Analyst will leverage their analytical prowess to uncover meaningful patterns and trends that drive impactful business decisions.


Responsibilities:


  • Collaborate with clients to understand research objectives, formulate datadriven strategies, and develop research designs.
  • Design and implement quantitative research studies, utilizing surveys, data collection methodologies, and sampling techniques.
  • Develop effective questionnaires and survey instruments to accurately capture the required data.
  • Collect, analyse, and interpret data using statistical techniques, advanced analytical software, and data visualization tools.
  • Conduct comprehensive data quality checks to ensure accuracy and reliability throughout the research process.
  • Generate insightful reports and presentations that translate complex data into actionable recommendations for clients.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, methodologies, and emerging technologies related to quantitative research.

Requirements:


  • Tertiary qualifications in market research, statistics, business analytics or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Quantitative Research Analyst, preferably within a brand research agency or related industry.
  • Proficiency in statistical analysis software (e.g., SPSS, SAS, R) and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive actionable insights from complex data sets.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present findings effectively.
  • Detailoriented mindset with a focus on data accuracy and quality assurance.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Must have the right to work in Australia.
