The exciting opportunity:

Provide services in the local community and work from home with prime location in Nedlands
Conduct personalised assessments focusing on customers' functional abilities, strengths, and lifestyle aspirations
Collaboratively develop individualised therapy plans in partnership with customers and their caregivers
Offer clinical guidance and recommendation for assistive technology and home modifications
Prepare reports and manage NDIS funding applications
Engage in research and evaluation of assistive technology and stay abreast of evidence based best practices
Deliver education and training on assistive technology to external stakeholders as needed
Provide coaching, education, and clinical supervision, along with conducting performance reviews for staff members

About you:

Experience as an Occupational Therapist with current AHPRA registration
A strong understanding of assistive technology and home modifications within NDIS sector
Proficient skills in report writing
Lead with superb interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport with the team and engage clients and families
Self driven, confident, patient, creative with a client centred approach
