A role with unique responsibilities
The IT Systems Analyst plays a significant role in NSW.

You will be capable to work autonomously and responsible for providing excellent service to the Sydney teams and clinics and ensuing all IT systems function with a high level of reliability.


In addition, this role is accountable for:

  • Identifying business improvements and work with staff to formulate solutions
  • Managing the development, implementation, testing and adoption of these solutions
  • Consulting with Users and other IT team members to designing enhancements to internal and external systems
  • Working with Project Team members to identify and document business needs
  • Working with Project Teams as an IT point of contact for specific technical requirements
  • Drafting document procedures where none exist
  • Relevant Tertiary Education
  • Advanced knowledge of Mitel Systems
  • Knowledge of HR3 Pay and GP Dynamics software
  • Experience in supporting Contrast One and Viewpoint Ultrasound Software
  • Welldeveloped communication skills including presentation and training skills
  • Strong emotional intelligence and ability to build relationships
  • Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams
  • Knowledge of Microsoft environment: Office 365, Exchange, Active Directory, WSUS, SCCM
  • Knowledge of PC build and maintenance
  • Knowledge of helpdesk protocols, including ITIL
  • High level of initiative
  • Willingness to travel to multiple locations
