Job Vacancy:
Full-time RTO Admin Officer
Responsibilities:
- Manage student enrolments and maintain accurate student records, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Assist with the scheduling and delivery of training programs, including coordinating resources and ensuring that training facilities are prepared.
- Support the financial management of the organization, including invoicing, tracking expenses, and preparing financial reports.
- Provide customer service to students, answering inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Assist with marketing and promotional efforts, including managing social media accounts and developing marketing materials.
- Maintain the organization's website and ensure that it is uptodate and relevant.
- Stay informed of industry trends and ensure that the organization's policies and procedures are in line with regulatory requirements.
- Perform administrative tasks, such as data entry, recordkeeping, and preparing reports.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an administrator or in a similar administrative role.
- Excellent organizational and timemanagement skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to maintain accurate records.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students, staff, and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software programs.
- Knowledge of the vocational education and training (VET) sector and regulatory requirements would be highly regarded.

$49, $52,000.00 per year
