As the Performance Analytics Manager you will provide domestic and international performance reporting and insights for the commercial, operational and network teams to enable the achievement of the Freight revenue targets, major customer contract requirements, service level performance and contract compliance.


This position requires strong commercial, financial and operational acumen with an ability to use large datasets and data visualization tools to simplify the complex and communicate meaningful and understandable insights to all organizational levels.

You will work with multiple stakeholders across the business including Global Sales, Terminal Operations, Network, FOC, FPO, Finance and IT teams.

You'll have

  • Demonstrated management or supervisory experience
  • Knowledge of airline and freight industry is advantageous
  • Previous experience in an analyst role with strong attention to detail and problemsolving skills
  • Advanced MS Excel and MS Powerpoint skills
  • Experience with iCargo desirable
  • Experience with data visualisation tools (PowerBI or equivalent), working with large and complex data sets
  • Demonstrated stakeholder management skills and an ability to build positive and collaborative relationships with commercial, operational and finance stakeholders
  • Highly developed commercial, analytical and influencing skills
  • Strong written and verbal communications, ability to communicated to sales team and senior management
  • Continuous improvement focused and results orientated
  • Ability to work individually and within a team to resolve complex issues
