Reporting to the Chief Product Officer, this role is responsible for maintaining Wiise features and driving critical product features such as Wiise Warehouse OnTime to ensure that they are continuing to meet the needs of Wiise's target customers and drive new business.

Working across the business with key stakeholders including CX, UX, Support, Sales, Marketing and Product and directly with customers, the product manager will synthesize feedback to design and deliver Wiise features that help customers do the 'jobs to be done' or solve key business problems.

Your Opportunity

  • Identify features and enhancements based on opportunities, need, competitive difference, and quantitative and qualitative feedback
  • Work with the scrum master to drive product features in a fastpaced, agile environment
  • Drawing on detailed knowledge of Microsoft business Central, document the solution and ensure that information provided in the documentation is correct and complete
  • Build feedback loops to measure utility, usage and satisfaction
  • Ensure that Wiise maintains a secure and functional feature set that continues to add value to customers and remains aligned to Business Central platform upgrades
  • Document new feature business case and documentation to support GTM activities
  • Partner with all stakeholders to understand business needs, outcomes and value and ensure new features and roadmaps are aligned to those needs
  • Bring a "customercentric" mindset in designing roadmaps and building products/platforms that both meet current and future enterprise needs

Your Experience

Essential:


  • Must have a detailed and functional understanding of Business Central and proven experience working with this platform.
  • 5+ years of customerfacing experience in technology product management or product management, or handson experience implementing Microsoft Business Central.
  • Functional understanding of business processes, particularly in supply chain and warehousing.
  • Product management experience in a high growth software product organisation.
  • Ability to originate and shepherd to release valuable features using modern engineering practices and tools.
  • Experience to effectively work with a crossfunctional delivery team of business analysts, developers and engineers
  • Experience in producing high quality artefacts user stories, user cases, business processes, functional specifications, entity relationship diagrams, system and user support documentation.
  • Attention to detail and excellent verbal and written communication skills, able to drive the discussion from higher level down to details

Preferred:


  • Experience working in an Agile or Lean environment
  • Experience working with Microsoft Power Platform

Qualifications:


  • Essential: Recognised technical tertiary qualification: degree or industry recognised qualifications in business, accounting, IT, engineering or technology
  • Microsoft MB800 Business Central Functional Consultant qualification
