About the role:

  • In this role, you will strive to make a positive difference in the lives of our valued residents and provide a high level of attention to detail, warmth and exceptional customer service.

Key duties:


  • Provide a high level of service engagement with residents
  • Always maintain a professional image and reflect the values of Anglicare
  • Integrity, Justice, Compassion and Service Excellence.
  • Ensue residents and visitors are attended to, promoting care, warmth and promptly managing their enquiries
  • Ensure general administrative activities are completed on time and residents questions are managed in a timely way
  • Contribute to the efficiency of the office by ensuring all documentation is accurately recorded and maintained.
  • Develop and maintain strong working relationships with all staff and encourage teamwork
  • Be part of a caring and fun team who love to make a difference each day.

Skills, knowledge and experience:


  • Experience working in aged care or similar environment preferred
  • Welldeveloped communication skills and positive phone manner
  • Effective timemanagement and organisational skills
  • Intermediate skill level in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
