ABOUT THE ROLE


Core objective of this role is to improve commercial effectiveness and to build the commercial workforce capabilities to substantially improve business performance.

This is accomplished by effectively developing relevant and timely end-to-end life cycle of a learning process for the commercial teams so as to deliver the right training, to the right people, at the right time, in the right way, personalised, and seamlessly.


As a Commercial Capabilities Manager, you will be responsible for creating training materials, delivering training sessions, and assessing the effectiveness of training programs.

You will work closely with ANZ Commercial Excellence and ANZ Leadership Teams to ensure that training programs align with business objectives and meet the needs of our teams.


WHAT WILL YOU BE RESPONSIBLE FOR?

This role will be responsible for the following:

  • Consults with managers & leaders in the business & functions to understand business needs and opportunities to enhance commercial knowledge and performance through training or other solutions. Anticipates future training needs based on business requirements and changes.
  • Designs, develops and implements learning solutions for the Commercial Teams
  • Create plans for the instructional materials, including the content, instructional strategies, and assessment methods.
  • Develop and manage assessment tools to measure the effectiveness of training programs and adjust content and delivery methods as needed.
  • Create training materials, including presentations, videos, and handouts, that are engaging and effective.
  • Deliver training sessions in person, virtually, or through elearning platforms.
  • Identifies and qualifies instructors, both internal and external. Continually evaluates instructor effectiveness.
  • Documents training and manages training records. May lead, manage or support the development and use of reports to in support of audits, Management Review, and manager accountability.
  • Monitor and follow up the completion of the required trainings to ensure employees are properly trained in methodologies, processes and procedures.
  • May lead, manage or participate in the assessment and monitoring the performance of commercial teams and provide coaching and feedback as needed.
  • May lead, manage or participate on crossfunctional teams to continuously improve systems and processes.
  • May be responsible for the endtoend lifecycle management of a learning solution, project, program or set of programs specific to the commercial teams.
  • Assures that appropriate resources (personnel, tools, etc.) are maintained in order to assure Quality System compliance and adherence to the BSC Quality Policy.
  • Establishes and promotes a work environment that supports the Quality Policy and Quality System.
