The Opportunity:

Join the Dulux Acratex team as our Roofing Sales Executive in Sydney. Use your sales and relationship-building skills to drive the development of our customer base.


This is a strongly sales-focused role, where your key responsibilities will be servicing, maintaining, and growing the existing Dulux customer base consisting of both commercial and residential roofing specialists and contractors.

You'll also be responsible for growing the customer base whilst collaborating with our Dulux Trade Centres and Sales team along the way.

You will have the ownership and support you need to succeed, both from your manager and colleagues.

What you will bring and develop:

As an Acratex Roofing Account Executive, you will be able to articulate how your authentic, consultative sales style and ability to close sales that has led to your success so far.

You'll bring great negotiation and communication skills.


Responsibilities

  • Maintain existing key accounts.
  • Support your customer base for best outcomes
  • New business development, tailoring Dulux's value propositions.
  • Leveraging relationships and market intelligence via networking and industry engagements;

Skills & Experience

  • B2B Sales experience within the trades industry
  • Roofing industry knowledge is highly regarded
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to harness established customer relationships and create new ones.
  • Great energy and enthusiasm with a genuine, downtoearth attitude.
  • Strong sales acumen and demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets.
  • IT Skills and effective call cycle management will be important to your success in this role
