In this role, you will
- Deliver the overall program change approach (including stakeholder management approaches, communication programs, and business capability framework)
- Facilitate interactions with key stakeholders for adoption of the program design and processes, including forums to ensure alignment between business and solutions teams
- Develop required training, change management, including business readiness analysis and transformation strategies
- Critical role in aligning business inputs with core program outcomes, ensuring effective implementations of solutions and frameworks
- Contribute to the development of the overall change management strategy, whilst working with key stakeholders to manage and track the impacts of change throughout the program
About you
- Demonstrated experience with implementing integrated change, communication, and engagement approaches for large scale transformation projects
- Experience working with operational and technical teams
- Have worked within complex transitioning organisations, and diverse stakeholders
- Ability to communicate effectively and influence within challenging environments
- Work autonomously to proactively manage ad hoc project matters and shifting business impacts
- Enjoys being part of multidisciplinary teams and building collaborative operating cultures
