Magnus is currently looking to recruit experienced
Accommodation Manager. We are looking to appoint people who are seeking employment and who have experience working with all kinds of people, from holidaymakers and students to NHS patients and older people who need constant care and support.


Some key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Establish a safe and secure environment for guests, tenants, and residents of accommodation facilities
  • Engage in positive interaction with residents, tenants, and guests
  • Manage the budget and finances of the company, order supplies and manage stock levels
  • Coordination and planning of accommodation allocation with reception services
  • Providing support to other departments within the organization, including catering for conferences, and external organizations that are relevant
  • Provide facility maintenance and repairs
  • Conduct a risk assessment as necessary to ensure that hygiene and health and safety requirements are met within the accommodation
  • Ensure that cleaning staff are performing their duties in accordance with standards

Accommodation Manager Requirements:


  • Manage and coordinate all aspects of an organization's operations (including guest services, personnel management, and administration).
  • Provide supervision, management, and training to workers and apprentices.
  • Assign responsibilities to newly recruited employees.
  • Make sure employees adhere to policies and procedures by observing and monitoring their performance.
  • Ensure company activity coordination by working with department managers.
  • Establish quality control procedures to ensure that guests are treated well, the decor is appropriate, housekeeping is properly handled, meals are prepared, banquets are held, and so on.
  • Develop and market marketing strategies.
  • Maintain, supply, and furnish the building, negotiate with contractors and suppliers, and ensure that security is efficient.
  • Provide coordination between suppliers, travel agencies, and conference planners.
  • Assist clients with questions and complaints about hotel policies and services.
  • Follow all legislative regulations regarding health, workplace safety, and licensing.
