Description

Our client is a very successful and well established Payments company.

They have been around for many years and have a niche market presence within a few industry verticals including education, real estate and pre-paid cards.

The
QA Test Analyst is an addition to a relatively small team, comprising (.Net) Developers and one other dedicated QA Test Analyst.

As they are adding more features to their products and portals, they need an extra pair of hands in a dedicated QA Test Analyst.

In this role, you will be expected to assist and perform manual testing, but also have experience and a passion for Automation testing and automating features using Cypress and Jira.

This is a fairly typical QA testing role where you will be performing functional testing but, given the size of the team, you will be expected to be fairly flexible and able to sometimes deal with the inevitable ambiguities.

The role will require experience in the following:

Develop and execute test cases
Software bug tracking
Ensuring that test cases cover all possible scenarios
Experience with Automation testing
Working to tight deadlines
Ability to deal with conflicting priorities
Experience with the Payments industry would be beneficial but not necessary

This role will be offered as a permanent position.

The working arrangement will be hybrid or 100% work from home (their office is based not far from the Sydney's CBD).
