Greencross Kenmore is a busy clinic, with a large, experienced team and well-equipped with digital x-rays, IM3 dental machine, ultrasound, separate cat and dog ward and more We are a community focused practice with some very loyal long-term clients, co-located right next door to a Petbarn retail store allowing for a steady-stream of cross-referrals and providing a full range of pet care, helping achieve a truly memorable and positive experience.

Your new role will see you;

Managing the daytoday operations of our clinic including stock management, people management and rostering, and maintaining client records
Leading and developing our team and building a positive team culture
Ensuring that monthly KPI's are met
Driving our business forward through creating and implementing local marketing initiatives
Nursing duties as required

About Your Skills & Experience;

Certificate IV in Veterinary Nursing
Experience in Practice Management or as a Senior Vet Nurse with team management, strong leadership and team building skills
Excellent animal handling skills
An extensive knowledge and understanding of veterinary nursing procedures
Strong communication and customer service skills
Good business insight and organisational skills
