THE OPPORTUNITY


The Portfolio Leasing Manager is responsible for leadership, expertise and strategic advice to maximise and enhance the value of TAFE NSW's property portfolio and assets through the development and ongoing management of property leases, licences and agreements and associated systems.

The role ensures compliance with relevant legislative, governance, commercial and policy requirements, while driving a range of commercial and community orientated outcomes.

As a Portfolio Leasing Manager, you will be at the forefront of TAFE NSW's leasing operations and opportunities, and we are seeking someone who embodies a unique blend of responsibility and confidence, yet is aware and humble.

Your deep understanding of property related legal matters along with relevant legislation will empower you to make informed decisions, and your ability to lead independently will be evident as you exercise your expertise.
