The Role:


As the Field Service Coordinator, you will be responsible for building relationships and executing the activities of the team to deliver quality diagnostic, maintenance, and repairs for the success of our extensive customer group.

This role is based in our head office in O'Connor, Western Australia with the occasional site visit.

We are ideally looking for someone who is proactive, organised, and a natural communicator who brings innovative ideas to the team.


The main responsibilities of the role include:

  • High level of detail and ownership to Roster Management
  • Strategically implementing work schedules for clients and employees
  • Ability to ensure maintenance projects abide by company policies and procedures
  • Ability to deliver to deadlines and effective planning and organisational skills
  • Proven experience in cost control, goal setting and effective implementation of resources
  • A strong understanding of HSE Policies, procedures and regulations within the Mining Industry
  • Updating job packs, analysing client needs and identifying opportunities for future growth
  • Maintaining and building on existing and new business relationships at a corporate level
  • Ability to identify employee growth and retention through understanding your teams skills

To be eligible for the above-mentioned position, you must meet the following criteria:

  • A team player that enjoys success
  • Planning and scheduling experience (desirable)
  • Strong computer skills
  • Valid Manual Driver's License
  • Police Clearance (mandatory for some sites)
  • Strong leadership capabilities, active listening as well as strong analytical skills
  • Competent at conducting client and employee meetings
