You will partner with our teams by driving people initiatives around employee engagement, change management, leadership development, talent management, and embedding cultural transformation to deliver on business goals.

Join Our Team As a HR Business Partner

Partner with your client group's Senior Leaders to plan, develop and build people initiatives that align with the business strategy
Develop, own and drive 'People Plan' activities ensuring alignment to the relevant people & culture and business plan and priorities
Support and promote Foxtel wide HR initiatives through proactive engagement with the wider HR team and adapting and delivering the initiatives to your business group
Lead and drive change initiatives, partnering with leaders to be true change leaders who proactively communicate and embed change
Build leadership capability through coaching and facilitation, and advice on performance processes, development, mentoring and training opportunities.

Skills and Experiences We're Looking For

You'll be a HR Generalist that enjoys both strategic and operational activities with experience across the entire HR remit experience working with diverse, large client groups in a fasts paced environment
Your style (as is ours) is to be collaborative, resilient and flexible in a high performing environment
You have demonstrated experience with ER matters, and are confident to work through these collaboratively
You have experience supporting a technology business unit
You can establish effective and authentic working relationships in an open and approachable manner with a variety of people from different backgrounds
We're in the business of entertaining Australians
Ideally you will be passionate about all things sports and content
You know, communicate and think commercially, balancing the people and commercial landscapes to focus on business outcomes & results, not on HR processes and jargon
