We are seeking an experienced Project Coordinator to join our Campbellfield team and support our team of technicians.

We seek a proactive Project Coordinator to support our team of technicians in achieving optimum customer and client service through managing efficient services.


Responsibilities

  • Deliver strong customer service levels through the dispatch of service technicians to client customer sites.
  • Implement allocation, scheduling and management of all tickets to appropriate service technicians
  • Supervise the daytoday activities of the service team including prioritisation of workloads, ensuring correct materials and labour are assigned to jobs effectively resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Generate Purchase Orders requests for suppler and manage lead time and delivery
  • Foster a valuesbased team environment through supporting the service manager with meetings and coaching focused on achieving service technician chargeout hours and high productivity levels within the team
  • Deliver on service coordination work processes effectively, efficiently and accurately to achieve the service team budget
  • Ensure that employee safety is regarded in the highest priority with zero major/lost time injuries
  • Maintain monthly reporting on all service agreements.

You must have:


  • Experience in customer service and administration desirable
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize
  • Intermediate to advanced computer skills in Microsoft Office
  • A valid right to live and work in Australia
