The
Women's & Children's Health Network provides state of the art health care for women, babies, children and young people across South Australia.
We are the state's leading provider of specialist care for children with acute and chronic conditions as well as being SA's largest maternity and obstetric service.
Our community-based services also reach hundreds of thousands of babies, children and young people, their families and communities across South Australia through our various services and programs in areas such as our Mental Health, Child & Family Health services, Youth Health and Aboriginal Health services.
The
Child and Family Health Service (CaFHS) is a free statewide service that supports parents and families of children from birth to five years of age, who live across metropolitan, regional and rural areas in South Australia.
With over 100 clinics across South Australia, CaFHS helps parents and families to understand their child's health, development, and wellbeing needs, which can include breastfeeding, sleeping, settling, introducing solids, parenting and play and development.

The Opportunity
As the Administration Officer you will give administrative support and quality customer service to a range of clients for the Child and Family Health Service offices in the Metro North region, primarily located at Salisbury.
The Administration Officer is part of a multi-disciplinary team that provides a wide range of quality services and is responsible for delivering customer service in a professional, flexible and timely manner to achieve high quality customer focused outcomes.
The incumbent also undertakes a range of administration activities supporting the staff members of the regional team in accordance with Child and Family Health Service Division strategic plan.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will use your experience in working in a demanding frontline customer service position within a Health Service and maintaining general administrative processes.
If you have proven sound interpersonal and communication skills including the ability to communicate effectively with consumers, staff, external agencies and members of the public, both face-to-face and over the telephone, demonstrating a respect for different cultural groups and life situations, then this role is for you.
