We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Process & Governance Consultant at our Perth CBD office, on a Full-Time permanent basis.


About this role


As the Process & Governance Consultant you will be responsible for managing and supporting Functional legislative obligation, risk management and compliance requirements, data governance, process management, and performance reporting.

This will be achieved through working collaboratively with stakeholders to provide key process and governance activities across the Function, including those relating to process, risk, governance, document control and providing advice on impacts to people, systems and processes and recommendations on changes to end-to-end process where impacted.


About you
We are seeking someone with experience and attributes that include:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Business, Risk Management or related discipline, or relevant experience
  • An experienced professional with at least 5+ years' sound and demonstrated experience in a business / process or governance type role.
  • Sound knowledge of business process analysis and mapping systems with sound analytical and problemsolving skills
  • Demonstrated success in building and maintaining strong working relationships at all levels.
  • Demonstrated ability to understand complex challenges and mapping solutions.
  • Excellent organisational, time management and task prioritisation skills
  • Excellent negotiation, influencing and facilitation skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and autonomously.
  • Business acumen and commercial awareness with a strong focus on attention to detail
  • Strong focus on customer, quality, and attention to detail
