Job Description

Communication:
- Ensure consistent communication among relevant agencies.
- Manage PR activities and develop communications for new product launches.
- Collaborate with HQ on media campaigns and oversee lead generation activities.
Strategy and Events:
- Develop and manage marketing strategies in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Manage events, including product launches, and review agency performance.
Innovation and Creativity:
- Generate brand concepts, product ideas, and stay abreast of emerging trends.
Media and Finance:
- Lead the development of media plans for brands and categories.
- Manage own budget and assess the impact of marketing activities.
Project Management and Plans:
- Manage complex projects and localize content from HQ.
- Develop annual Marketing Plans aligned with Business Plans and PRM.

The Successful Applicant

Innovative, fresh, and creative mindset with proven experience marketing to each age demographic
Tertiary marketing qualification with min 8 years experience in marketing department
Understanding of marketing communications, brand marketing and the advertising agency/ PR culture and processes.
Understanding of B2B marketing (lead generation, case study management
Demonstrate competence in use of Microsoft Office software suite, especially Word, Excel, Electronic mail PowerPoint
Developed written communication skills including letter writing, verbal communication skills particularly dealing with people of diverse cultural backgrounds
Media and Presentation skills
Tech experience - need to know about technology and feel comfortable explaining it
Highly developed organising and time management skills
Experience in dealing with external suppliers
Ability to multi task
Attention to detail
Medium commercial awareness
