We have a role available for an experienced IT Support manager to lead a niche yet global team working within the international travel industry.

We are looking for someone with a strong background in Business Orientation with the ability to align their technologies with the company's business requirements.

What will be your role:


  • Manage local and remote technical teams and be responsible for their training and further development to ensure IT staff are equipped with sufficient knowledge
  • Responsible for staff performance reviews and where necessary taking disciplinary actions
  • Responsible for task allocation, prioritization and workload balancing for the team
  • Manage, procure, repair, dispose, and sell off company IT assets with appointed vendors to meet company IT needs
  • Produce statistics reports of IT tickets and identify workload and performance of team or individual staff members to seek opportunities for continuous improvement
  • Analyse and collaborate with external vendors to obtain the best possible service and value for the business needs and ensure contract obligations are delivered and SLA are met

What is required for the role:

  • Bachelor's degree or Professional Diploma in IT with relevant work experience
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in the Corporate IT Service Desk environment
  • Certification in ITIL
  • Strong technical background, good business orientation
  • Proficiency in English (written and spoken)
  • Capacity to adapt to a challenging and fastmoving environment with changing priorities
