About the role
In this role you will be responsible for implementing processes to maximise customer value and profitability. This role will be the liaison between the CRM, the business and the platform Adobe/Microsoft Dynamics.
Key Responsibilities
- Leverage and maintain our Adobe Marketing Campaign system to support the Customer and B2B Marketing team with driving customer engagement and contact strategies
- Maintain the automated workflows and the implementation of new automated workflows to engage targeted customer segments with alwayson campaigns to drive revenue growth and increase visitation
- Partner with the Marketing Analytics Manager to establish tracking and reporting required to support Customer forecasting, planning and measurement of key programs and development of dashboards with key metrics
- Support the Ampol App Marketing Team to manage the day to day technical requests and drive product enhancements in line with the overarching App strategy.
- Responsible for daytoday task setting and direction of 1 junior FTE's within the team responsible for Campaign execution through CRM and Marketing Automation platforms
About you
You will be a strategic thinker with a commercial and analytical mindset. You will have the ability to simplify technical jargon to support the business. Strong communications, collaboration and stakeholder and partner management skills.
Key skills and experience
- Degree in marketing, commercial, or business field and/or extensive CRM systems management and configuration experience
- Prior recent experience with Adobe Marketing Campaign and Microsoft Dynamics
- Proven strategic thinking and marketing expertise with the ability to use CRM systems to deliver on customer strategies
- Demonstrated project management and implementation of CRM systems
