Our NSW Land and Housing Corporation (LAHC) team is currently seeking to appoint a
Tenancy Services Officer within their Housing Services division.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced, dynamic team environment


About You

To be successful in this role you will provide a high level of customer service focussing on tenants and key stakeholders throughout NSW and provide flexible solutions to meet clients' needs to ensure effective utilisation of properties across the portfolio.


To be considered for this role it is essential that you have the ability to manage competing priorities, a NSW Class C driver's license, and a willingness to travel to remote and regional locations across NSW.

Ideally, you will also have previous working experience in the delivery of residential tenancy management, stakeholder management, and customer service.


An understanding of tenancy management including the Residential Tenancy Act 2010, an ability to negotiate and manage financial charges and transactions for tenancies including establishing rental payments via salary deduction, processing rental variations as they arise, lodge and reconcile bond payments, and initiate the recovery of arrears payments is highly desirable.

A key feature is the Communities Plus program, which is designed to fast-track the redevelopment of LAHC's social housing portfolio in partnership with the private and community housing sector to deliver significant new and replacement social housing dwellings that are integrated with affordable private dwellings.
