The exciting opportunity:

Oversee and ensure the smooth running of a 30 bed facility
Ensuring the assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of individual care to maximise choice and quality of life for each resident
Maintain a high level of clinical and managerial expertise by participating in ongoing professional development
Fulfill documentation requirements pertaining to the Quality and Risk management
Act as the key point of contact for staff, medical practitioners, allied health personnel and other relevant stakeholders
Implement and monitor financial management strategies to achieve the monthly/annual budgets through efficient and effective use of resources
Lead a multidisciplinary team with a focus on person centred resident care
Ensure staff are provided with the correct tools, training, and adequate supervision to competently complete their roles

About you:

Registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse is essential
Proven ability to guide, motivate and mentor staff
A supportive leader who exercises initiative and is passionate about ongoing continuous improvement
High level clinical skills and expertise in residential aged care settings in a clinical management role
Proficient knowledge of Accreditation Standards and ACFI documentation requirements
