The exciting opportunity:
- Oversee and ensure the smooth running of a 30 bed facility
- Ensuring the assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of individual care to maximise choice and quality of life for each resident
- Maintain a high level of clinical and managerial expertise by participating in ongoing professional development
- Fulfill documentation requirements pertaining to the Quality and Risk management
- Act as the key point of contact for staff, medical practitioners, allied health personnel and other relevant stakeholders
- Implement and monitor financial management strategies to achieve the monthly/annual budgets through efficient and effective use of resources
- Lead a multidisciplinary team with a focus on person centred resident care
- Ensure staff are provided with the correct tools, training, and adequate supervision to competently complete their roles

About you:
- Registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse is essential
- Proven ability to guide, motivate and mentor staff
- A supportive leader who exercises initiative and is passionate about ongoing continuous improvement
- High level clinical skills and expertise in residential aged care settings in a clinical management role
- Proficient knowledge of Accreditation Standards and ACFI documentation requirements
