For our Valencia residential aged care facility located in Carmel, we are looking for an
experienced,
enthusiastic and
committed Business Support Officer to join our Care Team on full-time / part-time basis.

The role is between 9:00am to 05:00pm, Monday to Friday.

The BSO will report directly to the Facility Manager in relation to administration and facility management related concerns of the facility.


General duties and responsibilities of the position will include:

  • Conducting tours of the facility for potential residents and families.
  • Assisting the manager with the general administration of the facility.
  • Maintaining Residents records
  • Assisting the manager with the recruitment & induction of new staff.
  • Coordination of ongoing employee training.
  • Completing payroll requirement for employees.
- prepare and maintains staff rosters, including management and billing at site level.

  • In consultation with the manager, attending and coordinating maintenance requirements of the facility.
  • Management of the reception of the facility.

Requirements of the role:


  • Previous experience with rostering and scheduling (Desirable)
  • Excellent oral and communication skills.
  • Organised and presentable.
  • Have a cando attitude and a team player.
  • Ability to multitask and have attention to detail.
  • Computer literacy.
  • Bright and friendly demeanor with willingness to assist with all residents, client and visitor enquiries.
