Role Description:

As the
Fresh Produce Manager, you will be responsible for the daily operations of the
fruit and vegetable department.

This involves having a strong commercial understanding of seasonal and local trends, enabling you to order stock efficiently and minimise wastage.

You will lead by example by providing superior product knowledge and excellent customer service to your team, encouraging them to follow in your footsteps.

Skills and Experience:

Experience in fresh produce management
Strong knowledge of seasonal and local trends
Ability to maintain excellent relationships with local suppliers
Forwardthinking and able to quickly adapt to any changes in product availability
Ability to create captivating instore displays
Strong leadership and team training skills
