This is the role for you Our client is not only customer service focused they are focused on ensuring their Property Managers have all the tools to do their role to the best of their ability.

About the role

Manage a portfolio of 100 plus properties
Outsourced PCRs
Full support of an Assistant Property Manager dedicated to just your portfolio
Administration support provided by a team of administrators includes answering phones, sending out forms, and assisting with any daytoday administration
No Trust accounting
Work within a team to share ideas, while being well supported by the Head of Department

Skills and experience

Current Property Management Registration and CPD Points
Professional presentation and highlevel communication skills
Exceptional people skills and the drive to ensure your clients receive the best experience
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
Exceptional work ethic to go the extra mile to achieve outstanding results
Computer proficient, REST experience essential
Ability to work autonomously
