Currently on the cusp of launch two major residential projects this group is looking to hire an experienced project sales professional to help close out the sale of existing projects and prepare for the launch of their next two projects that are set to hit the market by October 2023.

What will you be doing in this role:

  • Respond to inbound leads and inquiry
  • Nurture past inquiry and manage buyer database
  • Manage display suites and client appointments
  • Negotiate sale prices and terms
  • Nurture clients through to exchange and settlement
  • Attend sales meetings and share market insights
  • Assist with pricing and market feedback to adjust project positioning
  • Support channel agents with sales, access to display suites and pricing
  • A minimum 18 months project sales experience
  • Immaculate presentation
  • The ability to work as a part of a supportive and friendly team
  • A current real estate licence
  • Flexibility to work Saturdays and the occasional Sunday
  • Strong relationship management skills
  • The ability to negotiate and close sales
  • A valid Australian drivers licence and reliable car
  • Full Australian work rights
