Although a global company, they operate from more than 30 branches across Australia and New Zealand, offering superior localised service in line with global best practice standards to meet client needs.

Due to growth, we're on the hunt for a highly organised Service Scheduler to join their team.

As the Service Scheduler, you'll be responsible for ensuring timely control and consistency of service delivery across the branch by organising the day to day job allocations for Technicians.


The role:


  • Ensuring that effective and efficient run schedules are produced for effective action by Technicians
  • Minimising customer defections or losses through the provision of the high quality service scheduling.
  • Guiding Technicians on priorities when necessary.
  • Maintaining a safe and harmonious working environment.
  • Monitor and strive to achieve any objectives and targets for your area of responsibility.
  • Ensure any company owned property and equipment you are responsible for is accounted for and maintained is operational ready and safe manner.
  • Compliance and commitment to Environment and OHS Management Systems in your area of responsibility

What we're looking for:


  • Logistics or freight forwarding would be advantageous for runs scheduling.
  • Experience within waste management, services and building advantageous
  • Excellent customer service skill.
  • Excellent knowledge of the Sydney area and regional surrounds
  • Self motivated individual with strong attention to detail and deadlines
  • Commitment to continual Improvement and service delivery
  • Demonstrated client liaison skills.
  • Sound oral, written, communication and computer skills
  • Understanding of Hazard Identification
  • Commitment to assisting in meeting relevant branch targets and KPI
